Context


CoEaters is a community and blog for people who love to discover new food together and meet fellow foodies. When I listened to the founder talk about their vision for the brand, I knew it was going to be a warm, diverse, and joyful space.

Project


I was responsible for creating the logo and brand language for Co Eater’s Instagram page and merchandise.

The logo


CoEaters is all about enjoying a meal together. The logo is inspired by people sitting around a table (the “O”) and sharing food. A circular table has been used to represent equality amongst all at the table, putting community at the centre of the brand.



Colour Palette


The colour palette and visual elements are inspired by the diversity in the foods we eat, the ingredients that go in them and the people themselves.

Visual Language


The combination of organic shapes and colours lends itself to a highly adaptable visual language that retains its excitement and joy across its appication. 








Scrapped direction


An earlier scrapped direction was inspired by hands crossing over each other while sharing food.
